WHO THIS CONFERENCE IS FOR

For which organizations

This conference is designed for organizations that want to give their teams a genuine performance activator that leaves no one indifferent. According to Gallup's State of the Global Workplace report (2025 data), 40% of employees worldwide experienced a lot of stress daily — a proportion that has been rising since 2019.

In demanding professional environments such as law, accounting, consulting, and engineering, the ability to stay calm, clear-headed, and effective under pressure becomes a strategic advantage.

This conference offers a concrete, experiential introduction to Mental Fitness, based on the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) model, used by more than 500,000 people in over 50 countries (source: Positive Intelligence) and recognized for its effects on performance, collaboration, and stress management.

You'll recognize your organization if...

You want to equip your teams to perform under pressure — before they hit the breaking point.

You've already tried stress-management training that stays theoretical, and you're looking for a more concrete, more actionable approach, grounded in performance under pressure.

You're noticing accumulating fatigue, unexplained departures, or burnout among professionals who carry a lot without saying so.

You're planning a recognition event, a kick-off, a return from vacation, or a women-in-leadership day, and you're looking for the central activator.

You're losing young talent who leave without explanation — professionals who were carrying a lot and chose to leave rather than express their discomfort.

Your diversity-equity-inclusion committee or your women-in-leadership program needs signature content.

Your teams are navigating the integration of AI at work, and you feel that cognitive pressure is increasing faster than the capacity to adapt.

This format isn't right for you if...

You're looking for a multi-day certification training. The Lunch-and-Learn is a 60-minute activator, designed for a quick spark rather than a certification journey.

You want purely theoretical content. This conference is interactive, grounded in practice, and requires participants' engagement.

WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE 60 MINUTES

The four-part flow — 60 minutes

Here is the typical structure of a Lunch-and-Learn. The content is calibrated during the preparatory meeting with your team.

Part 1

Grounding · 10 minutes

Lucie starts by naming what everyone in the room is experiencing — directly. No warm-up, no introductory slide about her background. She goes straight into the context of performance under pressure: why the usual approaches stop working at some point, and what it really costs an organization when its leaders operate in reactive mode without realizing it. The goal of this first part: for everyone in the room to think “she's talking about me,” before Lucie has named anyone.

Part 2

Recognizing the Saboteurs · 10 minutes

Lucie introduces the 10 Saboteurs identified by the Positive Intelligence® model — Judge, Hyper-Rational, Hyper-Vigilant, Hyper-Achiever, Controller, Pleaser, etc. She then goes deeper into the two that come up most often in your organization. Almost everyone carries the Judge — you're not alone. She describes its impact, and that of one or two other Saboteurs, with enough precision that everyone has a personal, silent, private moment of recognition: what happens inside stays inside. No polling, no forced sharing.

Each Lunch-and-Learn includes a limited number of 3 complimentary individual discovery sessions, for those who want to go deeper into understanding their own Saboteurs. Beyond these complimentary spots, an individual discovery session on your Saboteurs remains available at a preferential rate reserved for the conference's other participants.

Part 3

Core teaching · 20 minutes

Lucie presents the Sage's 5 powers — grounded in Positive Intelligence® research and illustrated with 2 or 3 concrete (anonymized) situations drawn from her 100+ client engagements.
She leads two live micro-practices of mental training — regulation tools participants can start using that very afternoon.
What every participant takes away: an understanding of how they function under pressure — and two concrete tools to respond differently.

Part 4

Integration and Activation · 10 minutes

Lucie opens the discussion period. She answers questions — sometimes challenging them respectfully, always grounding her answers in the organization's reality.
To close, each participant leaves with a micro-commitment for the next 7 days. Simple, concrete, personal. It's this final gesture that makes the conference memorable the next day.

— Lucie Montpetit

Half-day workshop
Mental Fitness - Positive Intelligence®

Duration: 3h

For organizations that want to go beyond the spark of a Lunch-and-Learn, Performance Lucide also offers a Mental Fitness workshop in small groups. A format designed to deepen the work on the Saboteurs and anchor concrete practices over a longer period.

My first company… is my body?

Rhythms & female metabolism for women leaders' performance

Duration: 45-60 min

A leader closely tracks her company's indicators — revenue, margins, retention rate. Yet she rarely knows those of her first company: her own body. This conference proposes reading your rhythms and metabolism like a dashboard — signals to observe and manage strategically, rather than obstacles to endure in silence.

LUNCH-AND-LEARN FAQ

Your questions about the Lunch-and-Learn

What is the minimum and maximum audience size?

The conference works very well starting at 10 participants and up to 200. Below 10, the format becomes too intimate for anonymous collective insight — a group workshop is a better fit instead. Beyond 200, the format can be adapted with less direct interactivity.

How much lead time is needed to book a conference?

Ideally 3 to 4 weeks in advance, to allow for the preparatory meeting and content calibration.

Does Lucie travel outside Montreal and Quebec City?

Yes. Lucie travels throughout Quebec, French- and English-speaking Canada, as well as France and French-speaking Europe on request. Travel expenses are billed at actual cost and discussed in advance. The virtual format is also available for organizations that prefer it.

Is the conference available in English?

Yes. Lucie offers her conferences in person in the Greater Montreal and Laurentians region. For organizations located elsewhere, the virtual format is available throughout the Francophonie, and also in English-speaking Canada and English-speaking Europe.

Can the conference be recorded for absent participants?

Yes, by prior arrangement. For videoconferences (Teams or Zoom), the video-recording option is available for an extra fee ($350 CAD) and includes the right to internal re-broadcast for 12 months. For in-person conferences, recording can be arranged by the company using its own means.

What does the 30-minute preparatory meeting really add?

This is what sets this conference apart from a generic format. During this meeting, we identify: (1) your group's specific challenges, (2) your organization's vocabulary, (3) examples that are best avoided (sensitive internal situations), (4) themes to emphasize. The result: your group feels the conference was designed FOR them.

Can the conference be combined with a follow-up (workshops, coaching)?

Yes, and it's what I often recommend to HR leaders who want a lasting impact. Several formulas exist: conference + group workshops over 4 weeks, conference + individual coaching for key managers, conference + launch of an intensive group program. Tiered pricing is available for multi-format engagements.

How does billing work for a public organization or a large group?

Purchasing cycles vary from one organization to another — and that's normal. Lucie adapts to your process: detailed quote, purchase order, invoicing that complies with your internal requirements. Payment terms of 30 to 60 days are accepted.

Your teams deserve better than a forgotten training.

Request a corporate meeting. Response within 48 business hours - No obligation.
