WHO THIS CIRCLE IS DESIGNED FOR

Who Joins This Circle

This isn't a mass-market program. Every cohort is intentionally composed so the chemistry works. Lucie personally selects each participant after the discovery session.

You'll Recognize
This Circle If...

You hold a role where decisions, responsibilities, and expectations pile up fast.

You're ready to fully commit to an 8-week transformation process.

You know that isolation comes at a cost — and that the best insights often emerge in quality conversations.

You value confidentiality, authenticity, and respect.

You're ready to receive as much as you contribute.

You want a performance that's more clear-headed, more sustainable, and less draining.

This Isn't Your
Circle If...

You're currently going through a major personal or professional crisis that would call for more sustained 1:1 support.

Your schedule doesn't allow you to attend most of the sessions. The richness of the process rests on continuity and the group's presence.

You'd rather observe than participate. The most meaningful learning often emerges from exchanges and shared reflection.

Price is your main decision criterion. This program is for women who value the quality of the coaching, the depth of the conversations, and the collective experience.

Why a Women's Circle

Faced with stress, women and men don't draw on the same resources. Men tend to withdraw into themselves or talk it over with their partner. Women, on the other hand, find real relief in connecting with other women who are living a similar reality. That's exactly what this circle offers you: simply being surrounded by other women who understand becomes, in itself, a tool for defusing stress — even before you get into the content of the program.

This phenomenon is documented by research: a German study showed that women become up to twice as reactive to stress in the presence of their partner, whereas only the presence of a female friend lowers that stress (the opposite effect is observed in men). Neuroscience researcher Sonia Lupien has popularized this work, notably on the show Pénélope (ICI Radio-Canada). This finding aligns with the "tend-and-befriend" theory of psychologist Shelley E. Taylor (Taylor et al., 2000, Psychological Review), who documented this stress-response pattern specific to women, as an alternative to the classic "fight-or-flight" model.

THE PROGRAM, WEEK BY WEEK

The Program, Week by Week — 8 Sessions · 60–75 Minutes Each

Here's the shape of the journey. Sessions take place live on Teams and run between 60 and 75 minutes. Starting the Monday before the program begins, participants have access to the group's Pod in the Positive Intelligence® app (PQ App®).

They can introduce themselves there and start connecting. Each new module unlocks the Friday before the session, so there's time to watch the teachings and practice the exercises before we meet.

01

Laying the Foundation

First session. A summary of participants' goals and discovery of the common themes emerging within the group. Lucie presents the program framework: confidentiality, active listening, a peer-to-peer stance. Laying the foundations of the program's mental fitness micro-practices: PQ® Reps and the principles of self-mastery.

02

Recognizing the Judge

We explore the universal Judge: that inner voice that criticizes, compares, blames, or keeps worry alive. The goal isn't to make the Judge disappear, but to learn to recognize it faster when it shows up, in order to reduce its intensity and influence. Each time we identify the Judge, we reclaim a part of our freedom to choose.

03

The Saboteurs' Accomplices

These automatic patterns, rooted in very real strengths, can become costly when they take up too much space. We explore their impact on decision-making, relationships, energy, and performance under pressure. The conversations show that many challenges are widely shared. We're already starting to see the positive effects of simply recognizing the saboteurs when they show up.

04

Empathy

Introducing the Sage's first power: Empathy. We learn to observe ourselves with kindness and discernment in order to reduce the saboteurs' influence. This ability is an essential foundation for developing a more sustainable performance that drains less energy.

05

Elevating How You Read Challenges

This session focuses on the Sage Perspective through the powers of Exploration and Innovation. We discover how to approach difficulties from a more open and creative angle.

06

Taking Action with More Clarity

We explore how to move away from impulsive reactions driven by fear or the pressure of daily life, and to take action in a grounded, clear, and intentional way. The goal: to regain the cognitive availability needed to act with discernment, effectiveness, and consistency.

07

Navigating by What Actually Matters

This session explores the Sage power of Navigation and the smooth integration of the five Sage powers (Exploration, Empathy, Navigation, Activation, Innovation). Participants learn to orchestrate these resources with finesse in order to approach complex situations with discernment.

This integration aligns decisions, actions, and priorities with what truly matters, while preparing the transition to the advanced themes of the journey.

08

Review, Integration, and Commitment

"Each participant arrives with her 2nd Saboteur and PQ® Assessment already completed, then shares the transformations she has made in relation to her goals. From this week on, the 19 advanced themes are open to her, to explore according to her needs throughout the year. The Pod stays open for exchanges during the 12-month access period, and coaching — in a group or 1:1 — is offered to those who want support in this exploration, to extend the training within the energy of the group.

The core program ends here, but the development of Mental Fitness continues well beyond these eight weeks. The success of this approach rests on consistency: built into daily activities, the micro-practices make it possible to interrupt the saboteurs more often — and the more they're interrupted, the more powerful the transformation becomes, giving access to the 5 Powers of the Sage."

THE MAGIC OF THE GROUP FORMAT

What Only the Circle Can Give You

There are three things that 1:1 coaching, however deep, simply can't produce. Here's what the group adds.

01

Mirror
Validation

Hearing 7 other women name the same saboteur you carry is an experience no coach can replicate. You understand all at once that you're not broken — you're equipped with a common automatic pattern, and it can be neutralized.

02

The Network That Outlasts the Program

Most participants stay in touch with each other after the program. Several cohorts meet up once a quarter. A few become friends for good. You leave with 7 women who understand you — which is priceless in a leadership career.

03

Collective Wisdom on Your Real Situations

When you bring a situation to the hot seat (week 8) and to the bonus meeting 90 days after the program, you get the read of other women leaders' minds. Not advice — an echo. And it's often that echo that unlocks what you've been turning over in your head for weeks.

COHORT TESTIMONIAL

What Women Experience in the PQ® Program by Positive Intelligence®

It was a fascinating exploration of myself. As the head of a team of 60 people, I uncovered hard truths about myself and about how they show up and affect me, my clients, and my colleagues.

Malina K. · The Turn Lab Inc. — testimonial published on positiveintelligence.com

INVESTMENT

Investment Per Participant: $1,500 CAD

The cost depends on group size and covers the full 8 weeks, including the 8 group sessions, the Positive Intelligence® report, app access, the communication channel, the 90-day follow-up meeting as a bonus, and access to the community in the Pod for the rest of the year.

Why This Price Range

An 8-week group intensive program with a maximum of 8 participants represents about 8 hours of direct face time with Lucie, plus individual prep time, plus resources. The price per participant runs 30 to 40% lower than the equivalent cost in 1:1 coaching — which makes this program accessible to women who couldn't afford 1:1 coaching but are looking for a deep transformation.

Terms

  • Single payment at registration: full rate.
  • Payment in 2 instalments: 50% at registration, 50% at session 4 (no extra fees).
  • Corporate billing available, with a detailed description.
  • Depending on your organization's policies, this program may be funded as part of professional development, leadership, talent development, executive development, or women's advancement initiatives.

GROUP PROGRAM FAQ

Your Questions About the Group Program

How are participants selected?

Every application goes through a 40-minute discovery session with Lucie. It's both your chance to assess the program and Lucie's chance to assess fit with the cohort. Lucie composes each cohort to ensure a diversity of industries and career stages — that diversity is what creates the richness of the conversations.

What guarantees the group's confidentiality?

"Each participant commits from the outset to respecting the confidentiality of what is shared within the group — this commitment is part of the participation agreement she signs. Sessions are recorded so that absent participants can access the content and the answers to their questions; these recordings are deleted at the end of the program. However, Lucie Montpetit cannot be held responsible for breaches of this commitment by other members of the group, which are their personal responsibility — full details are in our privacy policy. Your personal information is handled in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information. Participants come voluntarily from different companies, firms, or practices, which encourages more open conversations, without any internal competition concerns."

What if I miss a session?

Your presence matters, but the unexpected can happen. You'll be able to watch the recording of the session you missed — kept until the end of the program — so you don't miss any of the discussion, while continuing in the app to stay up to date in the journey. Lucie also remains available by email. The key is not to disconnect: the group makes it easy to pick the thread back up quickly.

What's the typical participant profile?

Women in leadership with 5 to 25 years of experience, in roles such as senior manager, director, executive, or established entrepreneur. A wide range of industries: healthcare, education, finance, technology, professional services, public agencies, non-profits, manufacturing. Age: generally 35 to 55, though Lucie has worked with women aged 28 to 67 in past cohorts.

When is the next cohort?

Two cohorts a year: one in spring (March–April) and one in fall (October–November). Spots typically fill up 4 to 6 weeks before the start date. To reserve your place, request your discovery session now — the exact date of the next cohort will be shared with you on the call.

What's the difference from a traditional mastermind?

A mastermind relies mainly on exchanges between participants. Performance Lucide™ combines structured training, a proven method, and the guidance of an expert in human performance under pressure. The exchanges enrich the learning, while Lucie helps participants integrate the concepts into their everyday reality.

Can my company fund the program?

Yes, and it's common. Many participants have their employer fund the program through continuing education budgets, leadership development, or women-in-leadership initiatives. Lucie provides all the documents: a quote, a detailed description, a certificate, a compliant invoice. To make the internal request easier, an HR business case is available on request.

Is there follow-up after the 8 weeks?

Yes.

Performance Lucide™

A Cohort Carried by a Method — and by Presence.

The intensive program is part of Lucie Montpetit's Performance Lucide™ approach: work on the mental patterns that surface under pressure, supported by training and by the quality of the circle.

The Circle Is Closing. Reserve Your Spot.

Spots are limited to 8 per cohort. The 40-minute discovery session is the first step — no commitment, no payment. If the chemistry isn't there, you leave with a clear read on your situation. If it is, you take your place in the next cohort.
