DO YOU SEE YOURSELF HERE?
You Excel on the Outside.
But Inside, It's a Different Story.
You're the woman everyone trusts. The one who delivers. The one who holds it together. And yet, you no longer recognize the woman in the mirror.
Racing mind
Your mind never switches off — not even at 10 p.m., not even on Sundays.
Constant self-doubt
You second-guess your decisions, even after you've made them.
Mental load
You carry the mental load for your team, your family, everything.
Imposter syndrome
Imposter syndrome shows up at the worst moments — mid-meeting, mid-pitch, mid-presentation.
Persistent fatigue
You feel persistent fatigue creeping in, but slowing down isn't an option.
Hidden hypersensitivity
Your hypersensitivity — once your strength — has become a flaw you hide.
Performance stress
You manage your performance stress by pushing harder. And it's stopped working.
This isn't a time management problem.
It's an attention management problem.
MY METHOD AT A GLANCE
What Breaks High-Performing Women — and What Makes Them Unbreakable.
The brain builds strength just like the body does: the PQ® Program by Positive Intelligence®, our core tool at Performance Lucide™, trains three key capacities.
Reduce Your Saboteurs
The automatic mental patterns that generate negative emotions: stress, anxiety, doubt, frustration. We identify them, intercept them, and weaken them. And we build the brain's strength through mental training.
Activate the Sage©
The part of the brain associated with clarity, creativity, compassion, and effective problem-solving, with its 5 powers: Empathy, Exploration, Innovation, Navigation, Activation.
Strengthen Self-Mastery
(PQ Reps®)
The ability to take back control of your mind and deliberately shift from Saboteur mode to Sage mode, trained through short daily sensory micro-exercises (PQ Reps®). Depending on your needs, I guide you through this framework with my own field experience, so you can install a grounded state you can call up at will — in a meeting, in conflict, under pressure.
This isn't a training course. It's mental training — the way you'd train an elite athlete — built around the real demands of your role.

ABOUT LUCIE MONTPETIT
35 Years Studying What Breaks — and What Holds — High-Performing Women
"I've spent years alongside professionals in the corporate, medical, and business worlds, watching closely what chronic pressure does to the brain, to decisions, and to leadership. What I know about this pressure, I didn't just see in others — I lived it."
That clinical rigour, combined with my somatic practice, gave rise to the Performance Lucide™ method. I added Positive Intelligence®, Shirzad Chamine's scientific framework, applied as is, because it scientifically confirmed what my own experience in the field had already taught me.
I'm a PQ Coach™ working from the principles of Positive Intelligence®, and since 2021 I've been coaching Quebec women leaders who refuse to choose between performing and respecting themselves.

Are You Still
Available to Yourself?
Take the Quiz!
Cognitive availability is your ability to stay fully accessible to information, judgment, and action — even under pressure. This mini-assessment lets you evaluate your current level. For each statement, indicate how often it applies to you.
There's no right or wrong answer. Be honest with yourself — that's where change begins.
Score Interpretation Guide
To include in a personalized thank-you message or at the end of a form.
0-12
Preserved Availability
You're managing well overall. If you're here, trust the signal that brought you — it's worth paying attention to.
13-24
Availability Under Pressure
You're holding on — but your margin is shrinking. A few targeted adjustments now can prevent deeper burnout.
25-36
Critical Availability
Your system is running in survival mode. This isn't a lack of willpower. It's a clear signal that it's time to act.
WHAT THEY'RE SAYING
Women Who Found Their Clarity Again
"By the second minute of my first exercise, I felt more grounded than after an hour of meditation. After 4 weeks, my leadership had transformed."
— Physician
Head of a Research Team
"Oh my God! I found my Judge. I catch it several times a day now. And just being able to interrupt it gives me back an energy I didn't know I still had.
When it activates, I see it coming. It's changed everything about how I listen to my team members, and how I respond to them."
— Associate Lawyer, Private Practice
"The return on my investment showed up by month two. I decide faster, I sleep better, I'm more present with my family."
— Senior Executive
"By week 3, something had shifted. I wasn't arguing with my colleagues anymore. The frustration with patients and assistants was gone. I'd started delegating — really delegating — instead of controlling everything."
— Family Physician, Private Practice
THREE WAYS TO WORK TOGETHER
Your Questions, My Answers
What is clear-headed performance, exactly?
Clear-headed performance is a state where you make decisions from your Sage brain instead of your saboteur brain. In practice: you stay grounded under pressure, you see situations clearly, and you act without being driven by anxiety, fear, or perfectionism. It's the opposite of compulsive performance — the kind that wears you down.
How do I know if I'm dealing with imposter syndrome?
You're probably dealing with imposter syndrome if: (1) you credit your successes to luck rather than your skill, (2) you're constantly afraid of being "found out," (3) you work twice as hard to compensate for a gap that isn't really there, (4) compliments make you uncomfortable. It's a saboteur voice — not reality. And it can be defused.
How do I recognize the early signs of burnout?
Early warning signs: fatigue that sleep no longer fixes, a new cynicism toward your work, declining effectiveness despite the effort, irritability, disrupted sleep, a sense of emptiness even after a win. Burnout never happens suddenly — it builds over 6 to 18 months. These signals mean your capacity to function under pressure is being seriously tested.
If you recognize them, talk to your doctor. And if you want to work on your stress-response mechanisms before it gets to that point — that's exactly what we work on together.
What exactly is mental load?
Mental load is the invisible work of keeping track of everything: remembering the kids' appointments, anticipating what your team needs, planning meals, managing the unexpected. It stacks on top of your visible professional workload — and it's why women leaders burn out even when they're "not doing anything objectively exhausting."
How do I build emotional intelligence at work?
Emotional intelligence trains like a muscle. Three daily practices are enough: (1) naming your emotions instead of suppressing them, (2) pausing 3 seconds before you react, (3) identifying the emotion behind someone else's behaviour before you judge it. The Positive Intelligence® app trains these three reflexes in minutes a day.
How do I manage performance anxiety?
Performance stress is a signal first — not an enemy. When it becomes chronic, it's often a saboteur voice taking over — what we call the saboteur. To take back control: (1) recognize it when it speaks, (2) thank it (it's trying to protect you), (3) take back the controls by training the Sage part of your brain. That's exactly what we work on in the program.
What's the difference between coaching and therapy?
Therapy works on the past to help you understand how you got here. Coaching works on the present and the future to get you where you want to go. It's the same logic as an athlete training their reflexes: you don't need to understand why you have a reflex to build a better one. My approach isn't therapeutic — it's results-oriented mental training, structured over 3 months, with tools you keep for life.
Is the program confidential?
Absolutely. Nothing you share is ever passed on to your employer or a third party — even if your organization is funding the program. Confidentiality is the non-negotiable condition of the work we do together.
In 1:1 coaching, confidentiality is total and non-negotiable.
In the group program, every participant commits from day one to respecting the confidentiality of what's shared within the group. This commitment is a condition of participating. Sessions are recorded so that participants who miss one can access the content and the answers to their questions — those recordings are deleted at the end of the program. Lucie Montpetit can't be held responsible for another group member's breach of this commitment, which is that person's own responsibility.
In every case, your personal information is handled in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information.
What's the free discovery session for?
The discovery session (40 minutes by videoconference) does three things: (1) clarifies your current situation and what's holding you back, (2) determines whether my method is the right fit for you, (3) identifies the program format that suits you best. No commitment, no sales pressure.
How soon will I see results?
Most clients report a first noticeable change by week 3 or 4 — usually in sleep quality, stress levels, and the ability to say no. The deeper shifts (in your relationship to work, to performance, to yourself) tend to settle in between week 8 and week 12.
Looking for help with anxiety? Chronic performance stress can sometimes be mistaken for anxiety. If you're experiencing persistent symptoms, we encourage you to consult a healthcare professional. This program is designed for healthy professionals who want to optimize their performance under pressure.
