Individual
Leader, professional, entrepreneur. You sense that your automatic reactions under pressure are costing you — clarity, sleep, energy, presence. You want to explore whether mental fitness training is right for you, with no commitment.
Discovery session — 40 minutes, free, by video call.
- Format: video call (Teams), webcam recommended
- Length: 40 minutes, no sales pressure
- Goal: understand your situation, identify your 2 or 3 dominant Saboteurs, and determine whether Individual Coaching, the Group Intensive or something else is right for you
- Price: free — it's my way of making sure we're a good fit to work together

Organization
HR director, HR manager, vice-president, nonprofit executive, business owner. You're considering a Lunch & Learn talk for your team, or looking for a mental fitness program for your overloaded people. You want to talk to Lucie before presenting to your committee.
Corporate Meeting — 20 to 30 minutes, exploratory.
- Format: video call (Teams), at your convenience
- Length: 20 to 30 minutes — enough to frame the need, not enough to wear you out
- Goal: understand your context (team size, stress level, budget, preferred format — in person, Teams, hybrid) and assess whether the Lunch & Learn or a custom format is the right fit
- You'll receive a tailored proposal following our conversation.
Entrepreneur
You run your own business (SMB, self-employed, start-up founder). You want the intensive version of the Positive Intelligence program — designed for entrepreneurs facing a specific kind of pressure: fast decisions, a constant decision load, ongoing ambiguity, a team to carry.
Group Intensive Program — Open cohort of women leaders and entrepreneurs
$2,500 for 3 months
- Planned format: Small cohort of women leaders and entrepreneurs - online
- Planned length: 7-week PI program + access to the PQ App for 45 weeks after the program ends, including 19 additional topics beyond those covered during the program.
- Three cohorts per year, starting in the 2nd week of October, January and April.
- Next cohort: October 2026. Limited to 8 participants to preserve the group dynamic. A minimum of 4 participants is required to launch.
- $1,500 for the 7 weeks.
- Registration closes 2 weeks before the start date, to allow time to prepare the group and set up access to the PQ® app.
- Next planned cohort: fall 2026

Yes. 40 minutes at no cost, no commitment, no sales pressure. It's my way of making sure we're a good fit to work together.
Are our conversations confidential?
Everything shared during the discovery session or corporate meeting remains strictly confidential. We comply with the privacy requirements set out under Quebec’s Law 25.
Is my information protected?
Yes. Your privacy is a priority. This website and the tools used comply with Quebec's Law 25 on the protection of personal information. Your data is never sold, shared or used outside the scope of your request.
How much do the paid programs cost?
The price of the individual program is listed on the “Individual Program” page. For group programs and Lunch & Learn talks, pricing varies depending on the number of participants and specific needs. Contact us for a proposal tailored to your needs.
Do you work with men?
Yes. The approach is primarily aimed at women leaders, entrepreneurs and professionals in leadership positions, but men are also welcome, particularly in individual coaching and mixed group programs.
