WHO THIS CONFERENCE IS FOR
For which organizations
This conference is designed for organizations that want to give their teams a true performance activator that leaves no one indifferent.
According to Gallup’s State of the Global Workplace report (2025 data), 40% of employees worldwide experienced a lot of daily stress, a proportion that has risen since 2019. In demanding professional environments such as law, accounting, consulting and engineering, the ability to stay calm, clear-headed and effective under pressure is becoming a strategic advantage.
This conference offers a concrete, experiential introduction to Mental Fitness from the Positive Intelligence® (PQ®) System. Developed in the United States with hundreds of CEOs and executive teams, this model has since been used by more than 500,000 people in more than 50 countries (source: Positive Intelligence®). It is recognized for its effects on performance, collaboration and stress management.
You’ll recognize your organization if...
You want to equip your teams to perform under pressure — before they reach the breaking point.
You’ve already tried stress management trainings that stayed theoretical, and you’re looking for a more concrete, more actionable approach rooted in performance under pressure.
You’re noticing accumulating fatigue, unexplained departures or burnout among professionals who carry a lot without saying so.
You’re planning a recognition event, a kick-off, a post-vacation return or a women-in-leadership day and you’re looking for the central activator.
You’re losing young talent who leave without explanation — professionals who carried a lot and chose to leave rather than voice their discomfort.
Your diversity, equity and inclusion committee or your women-in-leadership program needs signature content.
Your teams are navigating the integration of AI at work and you sense that cognitive pressure is growing faster than the ability to adapt.
This format isn’t right for you if...
You’re looking for a multi-day certification program. The lunchtime conference is a 60-minute activator, designed for a quick breakthrough rather than a certification path.
You want purely theoretical content. This conference is interactive, grounded in practice, and requires the engagement of participants.
WHAT HAPPENS DURING THE 60 MINUTES
The 4-part flow — 60 minutes
Here is the typical structure of a lunchtime conference. The content is calibrated during the preparatory meeting with your team.
Segment 1
Grounding · 10 minutes
Lucie begins by naming what everyone in the room is living, without detours. No warm-up, no introductory slide about her background. She sets the context of performance under pressure right away: why the usual approaches stop working at some point, and what it really costs an organization when its leaders operate in reactive mode without knowing it. The goal of this first segment: that every person present thinks “she’s talking about me,” before Lucie has named anyone.
Segment 2
Recognizing the Saboteurs · 10 minutes
Lucie presents the 10 Saboteurs identified by the Positive Intelligence® model: Judge, Hyper-Rational, Stickler, Hyper-Achiever, Controller, Pleaser, and more. She then goes deeper into two of them that come up most often in your organization. Almost everyone carries the Judge — you’re not alone. She describes its impact, and that of one or two other Saboteurs, with enough precision for everyone to have a moment of personal recognition, silent and private: what happens inside stays inside. No polls, no forced speaking.
Each lunchtime conference includes access to the free Positive Intelligence® assessment for those who want to identify their own Saboteurs. Three people from the group can also receive a complimentary one-on-one meeting to go further. The details are presented during the conference. Beyond these three spots, an individual Saboteur exploration session remains available to other participants at a preferential rate.
Segment 3
Core teaching · 20 minutes
Lucie presents the 5 Sage Powers — rooted in Positive Intelligence® research and illustrated by 2 or 3 concrete (anonymized) situations drawn from her coaching experience.
She leads a live practice of two mental training micro-practices: regulation tools that participants can activate as early as that afternoon.
What each participant takes away: an understanding of how they function under pressure, and two concrete tools to respond differently.
Segment 4
Integration and Activation · 20 minutes
Lucie opens the discussion period. She answers questions — sometimes respectfully challenging, always grounding her answers in the reality of the organization.
To close, each participant leaves with a micro-commitment for the next 7 days. Simple, concrete, personal. It’s this final gesture that keeps the conference from being forgotten the next day.

My first business…is my body?
Female rhythms & metabolism for the performance of women leaders
Duration: 45-60 min
A female executive closely tracks her company’s indicators — revenue, margins, retention rates. Yet she rarely knows those of her first business: her own body. This conference invites participants to read their rhythms and metabolism like a dashboard — signals to observe and manage strategically, rather than obstacles to silently endure.

Lunchtime conference FAQ
Your questions about the lunchtime conference
What are the minimum and maximum audience sizes?
The conference works very well from 10 participants up to 200. Below 10, the format becomes too intimate for the anonymous collective diagnosis — we then move toward a group workshop instead. Beyond 200, the format can be adapted with less direct interactivity.
How far in advance should a conference be booked?
Ideally 3 to 4 weeks in advance, to allow time for the preparatory meeting and the calibration of the content.
Does Lucie travel outside Montreal and Quebec?
Lucie delivers her conferences in person in Greater Montreal and the Laurentians. Everywhere else in Quebec, Canada and the Francophone world, the conference is offered by videoconference. Travel outside these regions can be considered on request, depending on the project.
Is the conference available in English?
Yes. Lucie offers her conferences in French and English, in person or by videoconference, under the same travel terms as the French version.
Can the conference be recorded for absent participants?
Yes, by prior agreement. For videoconference sessions (Teams or Zoom), the video recording option is available for an additional fee ($350 CAD) and includes the right to rebroadcast internally for 12 months. For in-person conferences, the recording can be arranged by the company using its own means.
What does the 30-minute preparatory meeting really bring?
It’s what sets this conference apart from a generic format. During this meeting, we identify: (1) the specific challenges of your group, (2) the vocabulary of your organization, (3) the examples best avoided (sensitive internal situations), (4) the themes to amplify. The result: your group feels the conference was designed FOR them.
Can the conference be combined with a follow-up (workshops, coaching)?
Depending on your organization’s needs (restructuring, team integration, periods of high pressure), the lunchtime conference can be extended into a workshop, a group program or coaching. Each engagement is the subject of a tailored proposal.
How does invoicing work for a public organization or a large group?
Purchasing cycles vary from one organization to another — and that’s normal. Lucie adapts to your process: detailed quote, purchase order, invoicing compliant with your internal requirements. Payment terms of 30 to 60 days accepted.

Your teams deserve better than a forgotten training.
Request a corporate meeting. Response within 48 business hours - No obligation.
